Results of the evaluation of progress will provide information on the effectiveness of the mitigation measures if relevant.
If the results do not meet expectations, provide explanation/s for this mismatch between expectations and outcomes (is it monitoring, the indicator, other) and suggest alternative solutions if this does not radically affect the Policy Decision. If the latter needs to be changed, the Systems Approach Framework (SAF) needs to be reiterated.
