- Make a plan for the dissemination of emerging data and information and on any evaluation results.
- Give an indication of the frequency and type of information that will be disseminated.
Results of the evaluations need to be disseminated in a manner that is easily understood and if the results indicate a need to reiterate the Systems Approach Framework (SAF), give an indication of which steps may need adjusting and an expected time frame.
